Spokane Gymnastics Competitive Programs

There are six main "team" programs for gymnasts at Spokane Gymnastics: the Girl's Rec-Op Team in which includes the "Kippers", "Flippers" and "Twisters" who compete at meets throughout the Inland Northwest, the "Jumpers" and "Springers" who perform locally and with Gymnastics League, and Spokane Gymnastics Boys Team is the premier program for boys of all ages and levels.  Finally, Gymnastics League Competitions offer three in-house meets each winter for team gymnasts and individuals levels 2&3 and higher.
