Dmitry Bistrevsky

Coach
Dmitry was born in Zaporozhye, Ukraine and moved to the United States when he was almost two. He is fluent in both Russian and English, and is comprehensive in Ukrainian.
Actively break-dancing with the “Paper Cutout Crew” PCC, Dmitry has redeemed himself from a less than stellar performance on the national television show “So You Think You Can Dance?” and now, actually can :) Dmitry enjoys all outdoor activities including camping, hiking, rock climbing, swimming, and snow boarding. As a 6'6” athlete Dmitry faces many challenges but with his dedication and perseverance has excelled at every sport he has been involved with.
Coach Dmitry is a self taught gymnast who currently teaches all levels in Los Angeles. When he is in town he coaches at Spokane Gymnastics and is extremely popular with students, parents and coaches. Dmitry's enthusiasm is contagious!
Always eager to learn as much possible, Dmitry has become a USAG Professional Member and is USAG Safety Certified. In 2010 he had the opportunity to coach at the nationally acclaimed gymnastics “Camp Woodward” in California.
