KC the Gym Dog

KC was adopted through the Spokane Valley SCRAPS in June of 2009 as a very young pup.  Her adoption paperwork indicates that she is an Australian Shepard – Blue Heeler mix but it is suspected by many that she actually has some German Shepard in her heritage.  KC is a sweetheart who typically is very mellow and can be found sleeping behind the desk in a puddle from her water dish that she intentionally spills. 

She loves being Spokane Gymnastics's mascot and having her belly rubbed by all the kids.  At night KC goes home with Coach Nadine and enjoys her wading pool, digging holes, and playing with her best friend, an old Chocolate Lab named Starr.

KC loves the outdoors and recently hiked into the Eagle Cap Wilderness where she swam in high mountain lakes, attempted to catch trout, and chased horses.
