School Age Open Gym

Every Monday from 5:00 - 6:00 PM for children ages 6 - 12. $4.00 per member, $6.00 per non-member and 6-visit punch cards can be purchased by members for $20.00 or non-members for $30.00. Parents or responsible adult of non-members MUST remain at facility.

Open Gym

Thursdays 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM for ages 10 and older. One coach will be available for spotting, another for general supervision. First come, first serve and space is limited to 30! $8.00 for members currently enrolled in classes, $9.00 for members and $10.00 for non-members. Children under 10 may participate with prior approval of SEG coach.

Adult Gymnastics

Adults must participate in our Open Gym every Thursday from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Also, many of our coaches provide private instruction, which you can schedule by inquiring at the service desk or by contacting your favorite coach directly. Each instructor pays a rental fee of $10.00 per hour to SEG for use of the facility then charges whatever they would like above that, so rates vary.
