Open Gym

Thursdays 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM for ages 6 and older. Supervised use of the equipment on our "east side" of the gym including bars, vault, tumbl trak, balance beams, floor and foam pit. First come, first serve and space is limited! $8.00 for members and $10.00 for non-members.

Adult Gymnastics

A fun opportunity for all level of participants, this class includes instruction and “spotting” on all events (Women: Vault, Beam, Bars, Floor; Men: Floor, Vault, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Rings and Pommel Horse). Wednesday evenings from 7:30pm – 8:30pm for a 13 week Session (September 6 – December 6). $170.00 for tuition plus annual membership of $30.00. Also, many of our coaches provide private instruction, which you can schedule by inquiring at the service desk or by contacting your favorite coach directly. Each instructor pays a rental fee of $10.00 per hour to Spokane Gymnastics for use of the facility then charges whatever they would like above that, so rates vary.
