Demo Team

Demo Team practices are the fourth Friday of each month from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.  Gymnasts should wear gymnastics clothes but uniforms are not required.

The Demo Team is made up of both boys and girls from Spokane Gymnastics and is by invitation.  Demo Team Gymnasts have the opportunity to show off their skills and their smiles as they put on performances at various events in the Spokane area throughout the year.

Costs:
There is no cost involved with additional Demo Team practices. Team gymnasts will wear their team apparel and recreational gymnasts will be asked to purchase the Gymnastics League leo (girls) or wear black shorts and a tank top (boys).

Commitment:
Demo Team participants will learn a loosely choreographed routine that they will be expected to perform at the local events in addition to performing their own tumbling pass. Gymnasts are only required to perform in the events that conform to their schedule throughout the year!  The Demo Team's goal is to promote both Spokane Gymnastics as well as the sport of gymnastics and to gain performance experience!
