The SEG Philosophy

Spokane Elite Gymnastics is a progressive gymnastics program located  in both Seattle and Spokane, Washington. We are here to develop strength, skill and character through gymnastics training. We are committed to providing the best gymnastics program in the area in a fun and safe gym. We build a foundation of coordination, strength and responsibility that will enable your child to succeed in any athletic endeavors

Our Facility

Our 7,000 square foot facility has all the Olympic equipment for boys and girls gymnastics, plus Spokane's largest in-ground, loose-foam pit. This feature is not only safe for gymnastics, but great fun for birthday parties.

In addition to a spring floor, trampoline, high bars, parallel bars and uneven bars, vault, rings, pommel horse and beams, we also feature a double mini trampoline, Tumbl Trak and 32' X 8' climbing wall mounted around the foam pit with climbing rope, cargo net and zip line.

We are Spokane's most experienced gym (started in 1975) and built for fun and skill-building, and, of course completely air-conditioned. Our staff is passionate about children and gymnastics and provide high-quality instruction with enthusiasm and a focus on a safe, fun experience.

SEG has a 7,000 square foot facility in Spokane, and Seattle Gymnastics Academy has two facilities in the Lake City, Seattle area totaling 26,000 square feet, and a 9,400 square foot space in Ballard/Interbay neighborhood of Seattle.

Classes

All our classes run year-round. We have three 13-week sessions (Fall, Winter, and Spring) and one 8-week summer session that roughly parallel the Spokane Disctrict 81 school schedules. Children may start at any time and pay only pro-rata charges for the session.
